Those who have studied Mussar will tell you that it has made a profound difference in their lives and how they connect with Judaism. Each session will focus on a specific soul trait with teachings from Jewish texts. Meditation and daily journaling are part of this course. This course is for students who have completed Beginning Mussar. Text: The Guide to Serving God by Rabbeinu Avraham ben HaRambam and personal journal. Additional material may be provided.
